Completing your employment paperwork.
There are several forms that must be completed prior to beginning your employment on campus. This paper work requires a few official documents that you'll want to be sure to bring to campus with you.

1. Student Responsibility Agreement / 学生手册 Acknowledgment

3. 直接存款表格
For security and convenience, all 沃拉沃拉大学 employees are paid by direct deposit. When you are offered a job and accept it, you will need to complete employment documents in the 学生就业 office before you begin working. One of the forms you will be asked to complete is a 直接存款表格.
你需要 一个 of the following documents to complete this form:
- 支票账户: 空白支票 from the financial institution and the account into which you would like your earnings deposited.
- 网上银行: Print your account number and the bank transit routing number from the official bank website. Use this in completing the 直接存款表格.
- 银行文件: 从你的银行获得一份文件. The document must be on bank letterhead or have the bank logo on it. A bank employee must complete the document listing your account number and the bank transit routing number.

Employment Eligibility Verification Form. The government requires each 学生 employee present original, unexpired documents verifying the 学生's identity and employment eligibility. 你需要展示其中一种 清单A中的一项 or 一个 item from each of Lists B and C before you will be authorized to work.
